This project was the subject of a design tender competition, and the site which is adjacent to significant listed buildings was constrained by a Planning Brief. Our mix of skills enabled us to produce a stunning high density solution, wholly appropriate for this high profile location.
The linear arrangement is interrupted by landscaped breaks in the street scene, at the same time as securing the opportunity for enclosed tranquil gardens and landscaped amenity areas.
