The Wellcome Trust appointed Pellings as Design Team for the conversion from office use to single dwelling of a 6 storey grade II listed building. The brief was to convert the Listed house back to a single family dwelling to include six bedrooms, four with en-suite facilities, a dining hall, large reception room and staff accommodation.
