Pellings act as Employer's Agent for a variety of Clients including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, commercial companies and private individuals.
This experience has enabled us to develop a hybrid role of Employer's Agent utilising our multi-disciplined strength. It involves specialist building types being fully developed by our designers to detailed planning submission stage and beyond, thus enabling clients to retain control over critical elements of a project.
Schemes include new and refurbished housing, new schools and extensions, offices and commercial projects.
On partnering projects this role has evolved into that of Client's Representative.
- Client: Family Housing Association
- Role: Employer's Agent, CDM Co-ordinator
- Value: Total £1.7m
