Pellings were appointed as design team including cost consultants under a 5 year term appointment to provide a new build residential facility at an existing Special Educational Needs School.
The proposal provides 15 bedspaces together with staff accommodation and communal spaces to encourage interaction within clusters.
The project was carried out within a live school site which remained fully occupied during the 43 week construction period. Strict access control procedures were employed to ensure segregation from the works.
