The extensive experience of our Building Surveying Teams based in Bromley and Barnet in analysing defects in all forms of existing buildings, enables economic solutions to be delivered to our clients.

Pellings were appointed to undertake a £22m programme of works for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea TMO ALMO. The appointment will last for a period of 3 years.
Works include kitchen and bathroom renewals, rewiring and replacement central heating. Works are being undertaken with residents in occupation.
In order to maximise the benefits of partnering the works are procured on a rolling programme basis with two constructors, engaged under a 'strategic alliancing' agreement.
Across all our decent homes programmes Pellings has completed over 5000 kitchens. This equates to approx three a day for the last 5 years.
