For a number of years Pellings has acted as Lead Design Consultant for Police and Court Services on new and refurbished Police Stations, Courts and office accommodation.
An understanding of the specialist requirements of such buildings enables Pellings to contribute positively to the planning and feasibility stages of projects. Our multi-disciplinary approach to the frameworks we are appointed to, ensures we have the appropriate skills to deliver projects.

Pellings were appointed as Surveyors, Architects and Design Team Leaders for the acquisition and internal fit out of a base shell building. We initially undertook an acquisition report on the premises and monitored the subsequent Landlord Category A fit out of the shell until Practical Completion.
Pellings were then subsequently appointed to develop client's brief and prepare full Category B fit out drawings and Employer's Requirement documents. This was a multi-disciplinary appointment inclusive of Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services.
