Pellings were appointed as a one-stop consultancy to procure a new 900 pupil Church of England Secondary School.
Core to the provision of the facility, was the need to provide an accessible yet secure sports facility with community access. The sports facilities were arranged to enable public access without compromising the operation of the school.
