Project: Whiteley Village

Whiteley Village is a retirement village owned and managed by Whiteley Homes Trust and comprises 262 cottages set out within nine sectors based upon an octagon plan form.

The village contains a pub, two churches, village hall, village shop, extra care facility, care centre (which comprises residential homes and a nursing home) and the Chaplaincy. The site is set within a 250 acre landscaped and wooded site in West Surrey.

The village is Grade II Listed and Pellings has been engaged by the Trust as architectural consultants to deal with all planning and construction related matters.

The cottages within the village are being modernised which requires extensions to be added to the rear of some buildings.
