Health and safety

Health and safety is embedded in our culture. Pellings were involved in the CDM Regulations from their inception and in particular with the CIC and CIRIA Task Forces. This resulted in Pellings leading the way in 1994 as one of the first practices to introduce the service of Planning Supervisor.

We have extensive experience in the provision of a full standalone health and safety service line. In addition we are well positioned to provide added value and support to our architectural, planning and building surveying teams in respect of all health and safety issues. As a multi-disciplinary business, teams work alongside each other to provide an integrated service.

The depth of experience and skills of our dedicated CDM Coordinators has resulted in numerous appointments for projects including housing, schools, hospitals, commercial and leisure facilities.

No one project is the same and we work on providing tailored health and safety services in line with the requirement of the individual project. This is essential from a health and safety standpoint, where risks can differ greatly depending on the site or building itself.

We understand client priorities and deliver projects with cost efficiency and innovation at the forefront of our approach.
